Castle images - Short-run lenghts



As part of our continuing technological development, we have set up a Digital Printing Division specifically to cater for ultra-short length fabric prints.

We have invested in a state-of-the-art CAD system, which not only allows us to separate and colour designs, but generates roll-to-roll printed paper in sublimation inks.

We can thereby offer continuous lengths of heat-transfer paper that can be calendered onto the customer's selected fabrics. 		 

These fabrics can then be used to manufacture products for model rooms, or fitting out samples for photography.

The advantages to the fabric supplier include:-
(i) initial costs are approx one-third of conventional screen prints
(ii) time to first print fabric sample is drastically reduced
(iii) colourings and design interpretation can be quickly modified, at low cost
(iv) a larger number of designs can be presented, in a shorter time-frame.
(v) no screens need to be engraved until the client places to order, and costs can be reduced as separations are already prepared.
